While we do not consider ourselves a “Shell Contractor”, we hold a general contractors license from the State of Florida (CGC034058) and are completely capable of constructing just about anything . 90% of customers are the Shell Contractors themselves. We are always cautious to never compete directly with our customers. Most of our formwork consists of either supplementing our customers’ formwork crews or performing small miscellaneous projects.
